1. A Day With The Titans Experience
   • This experience will be offered on 3 occasions during the IPL season. Only 2 Scapia co-branded credit cardholders will be allowed each time (in each case, the Primary cardholder and their +1)
   • Each time, one winner will be selected from registered Scapia co-branded credit cardholders with the highest number of successful referrals (i.e., such referred person should have completed their application (as per the processes and policies of the financial institution issuing the Scapia co-branded credit card) and receive their Scapia co-branded credit card) (since 19th March 2026 onwards only)
   • Non-cardholders cannot participate in this experience
   • In order to be eligible, Scapia co-branded credit cardholders will need to separately register for this specific experience on the landing page on the Scapia app and might also need to clock the highest number of successful referrals – the exact requirement will be displayed on the landing page of the Scapia app
   • The winner may bring one +1, who must be one of their successful referrals - this will be separately verified by our Support Team
   • Scapia will cover the following for both the winner and their +1:
   • Onward and return flights from the winner's home city to Ahmedabad
   • Luxury stay at the team hotel in Ahmedabad
   • Access to all team areas
   • The full Entourage Experience
   • Hospitality seats at the Scapia Suite, Narendra Modi Stadium

It is clarified that any other incidental expenses, and any other expenses not
expressly provided for here, shall be borne by the winner, and Scapia will have no responsibility in relation to the same.

2. Entourage Experience & Match Tickets (RCB & GT)
   • Winning teams are determined by their position on the Scapia SuperShot leaderboard
   • Winning teams with 2 players or 1 player (as may be applicable) get to go for the experience together, that is, they will receive 2 or 1 tickets (based on the team strength) to the experience
   • A non-cardholder player who is part of a winning team will not be allowed to go to the experience alone - they will need to be accompanied by the Scapia co-branded credit cardholder player as well
   • Guests additional to the players of the winning team will not be permitted
   • Primary cardholder players of each winning team will be contacted by the Scapia support team via phone call to confirm their (and their secondary player - if any) attendance
   • If winners do not reside in the city where the experience is taking place, they are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel. Scapia will not be responsible for this
   • Proof of travel arrangements will need to be submitted to the Scapia support team by the specified deadline communicated by Scapia to the winner to confirm attendance. Failure to submit on time will result in the experience offer being withdrawn for such winners and being offered to the next eligible winners on the leaderboard. It is clarified that even if the original winner submits the relevant details post-withdrawal of experience offer, the experience offer would still stand withdrawn for such winner, and will be offered to the next eligible winner
   • If a winner is unable to attend for any reason, their spot cannot be gifted or transferred to another person. Scapia will allocate the experience to the next eligible winning team
   • If the player makes it to the final guest list to attend the experience and doesn’t show up, 1,000 Scapia coins will be deducted from their coin balance
   
   

3. Signed Merchandise (RCB & GT)
   • Winners are determined by their position on the Scapia SuperShot leaderboard.
   • Signed merchandise winners will receive their items via courier once the IPL season concludes
   • Winners must provide a valid delivery address to the Scapia support team within the specified timeframe for courier arrangements to be made. Scapia shall have no responsibility for verifying the details shared by the winners. In the event the courier does not reach the Winner due to any fault of the winner or incorrect information provided by the winner, Scapia shall not be liable for the same
   • Each winning team can only get one or two articles of merchandise depending on the number of players in the team
   • All pieces of merchandise are either signed by way of digital means or physically, depending on the specific piece and at the discretion of Scapia
   
   

4. General Terms & Conditions
   • Each Scapia co-branded credit cardholder can win only once during the IPL 2026 season. If a cardholder has already won an experience, match ticket, or merchandise, they will not be eligible to win again in any category.
   • No experience, ticket, or merchandise can be transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person.
   • Winners who are required to submit proof of travel arrangements must do so by the stipulated deadline communicated by the Scapia support team. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the prize being forfeited and reallocated to the next eligible winner. It is clarified that even if the original winner submits the relevant details post forfeiture of experience offer, the experience offer would still stand forfeited for such winner, and will be reallocated to the next eligible winner
   • Scapia reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify participants for breach of these terms, or modify, suspend, terminate, withdraw, extend or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion at any time without any prior notice, or due to force majeure conditions.
   • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Scapia harmless against any against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Scapia as a consequence of (i) these Terms and Conditions by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
   • Scapia reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with other prizes of equal value, as determined by Scapia in its sole discretion.
   • Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Campaign. Any participation is voluntary, and the Campaign is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
   • Scapia reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this Terms and Conditions. Scapia’s decision in this regard shall be final.
   • Scapia shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Campaign.
   • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these Terms and Conditions.
   • By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation (including but not limited to the Terms of Use) that are published on Scapia’s official website (www.scapia.cards), which is owned and operated by Scapia.
