Who can apply for Leap Year?
You must be an Indian citizen with a valid passport, in good health, and with a clean background. You don't need to be a Scapia Federal credit cardholder to apply. You should be able to speak English comfortably and be eligible for international visas.

What expenses does Scapia cover?
Flights, stays, visas, experiences — it’s all paid for. Plus, you’ll get a monthly stipend to cover your daily expenses.

Where will I stay during my Leap Year?
We’ll put you up in safe, hygienic, centrally located hostels or budget stays. They will be personally vetted by our team for comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to the best of the city.

Do both winners of Leap Year travel together?
No. Each winner goes on their own independent journey, tailored to what they want to see, do, and learn.

Can I visit home during the year?
Yes, you can come home twice during the 12 months, and we'll pay for those trips

Do I need to quit my job?
If you’re employed, you’ll need to arrange a full 12-month break — either through an official sabbatical or by resigning. If you’re a freelancer, you can continue your projects, but it can’t interfere with the Leap Year requirements.
